• How do I join my class?

  Ask your teacher for the class code (like 6NW8-TAGB). Open Exams, choose Join a class and type it. Some teachers approve each student first.

• How do I sit an exam?

  When an exam is open, Home shows it at the top. Open it, read the rules and press Start. The clock runs from then; your answers save as you go.

• What if my network drops?

  Keep writing. Your answers stay on the phone and are sent as soon as the network is back. Answers sent within a short time after the end still count.

• How do I hand in an exam written on paper?

  Write your attempt code on every page. When you finish, open Upload your pages, photograph each page in good light, check the order and hand in before the upload time ends.

• When do I see my marks?

  It depends on your teacher: at once, after they check, or on a set day. Results shows where each exam is. Progress shows how you are doing by subject and where you lose marks.

• What are marking credits?

  Written answers are marked by AI against your teacher's guide; each script uses credits. Multiple-choice answers are free. A pass comes with credits, an exam you buy brings the credits it needs, and you can buy more on Plans.

• How does a pass work?

  A Weekly pass (7 days) or a Monthly pass (30 days) opens every paid exam at your level while it runs, and comes with marking credits. Exams your teacher gives your class are always free. When it ends, paid exams lock again; exams you bought stay yours.

• I paid but got nothing. What now?

  A payment can take a few minutes after the PIN. If money left the phone and nothing opened, open Plans, then the payment under Payments, and choose Report a problem. You get a case number by SMS and we reply within 2 working days. A second payment for the same thing comes back to the number that paid.

• How do I ask someone to pay?

  On an exam or a pass, choose Ask someone. Send the link to a parent or a relative by WhatsApp or SMS: they pay from their own phone without an account, and we tell you who paid. A linked parent also sees your request in their app.

• How do I ask for a re-mark?

  Open the result, choose the question and press Ask for a re-mark, within 7 days of the result. Say what you think is wrong: your teacher looks at your answer again and decides, and the mark can go up or down.

• Rankings and my name

  Rankings and class boards show the name you choose in Me › How others see you: your first name and initial, a nickname of your own, or the nickname we made for you. Students under 18 show the made-up nickname until they choose. Your teachers and parents always see your real name.
